American Workforce Group has partnered with a pellet manufacturing company in Shelton, WA in search of a manufacturing shift lead to join their team!
Description of Manufacturing Shift Lead:
-Responsible for monitoring activities of the shift
-Must administer personal development of staff on shift
-Accurate production documentation and record keeping
-Relief staff for breaks and absences
-Other tasks as assigned
Details of Manufacturing Shift Lead:
-Monday-Friday 3pm-1130pm
-Sunday-Thursday 11pm-730am
-$20-22/hour
Requirements and Qualifications of Manufacturing Shift Lead:
-Must have a high school diploma or GED
-Must have great communication skills, as well as be flexible in their leadership style
-Must be able to motivate a team
-3-5 years experience in leadership
-Prior manufacturing process trouble shooting desired
Benefits after hire:
-Annual bonus, pellet purchase program
-PTO, sick pay
-Medical, dental, vision, 401k with % match
