Description for Sales Representative:
- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication.
- Implement and manage lead generation programs to expand marketing reach.
- Utilize calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings to foster customer loyalty.
- Manage sales pipelines using HubSpot CRM and Microsoft 365.
- Perform consistent cold calling both over the phone and in person.
- Pay: $20.00+ / hour (DOE) + competitive commission structure.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (Day Shift).
- Commute: Reliable transportation required for 2-day weekly commute.
- Must be 21+ per state regulations.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical labor as needed.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
