Description for Sales Representative:

• Bilingual Communication: Must be fluent in Spanish to effectively assist customers and coworkers
• Customer Service: Promptly answer incoming calls and resolve inquiries
• Administrative: Create invoices and accurately process product returns
• Software: Utilize and understand Business Works accounting systems

Details for Sales Representative:

• Pay: $35,000 – $65,000 annually (DOE)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements for Sales Representative:

• Spanish fluency is required (verbal and written)
• Previous sales and customer service experience is highly preferred
• Strong computer proficiency and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
