American Workforce Group has partnered with a local manufacturer in Woodland, WA looking to hire an Inside Sales and Admin Support professional.

Description for Inside Sales and Admin Support:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professional service
• Interact directly with customers via telephone, email, and face-to-face communication
• Accurately process customer orders and requests
• Serve as a vital liaison between the manufacturing and sales departments

Details for Inside Sales and Admin Support:

• Pay: $20.00 – $26.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements for Inside Sales and Admin Support:

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree in Business preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Two years of practical accounting experience preferred
• Excellent spelling, grammar, and technical writing skills
• Proficiency in math and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
• Strong customer service skills with high adaptability and flexibility
