American Workforce Group has partnered with a prominent sawmill in Winlock, WA to hire a full-time Industrial Millwright. Take advantage of an excellent training ramp-up and a guaranteed raise after 90 days!
Description for Industrial Millwright:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, tracking, and diagnostics on sawmill machinery.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical gears, chains, bearings, and hydraulics.
- Read and accurately translate technical blueprints and structural schematics for machine layouts.
- Install and rig new industrial manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate power tools, welding rigs, and torches to modify or fabricate parts as required.
Details for Industrial Millwright:
- Pay Rate: $28.00-$34.00 / hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00am-230pm or 2:00pm-1030pm
- Location: Winlock, WA.
Requirements for Industrial Millwright:
- Prior experience as an industrial millwright or heavy equipment shop mechanic is required.
- Strong mechanical blueprint, schematic, and manual literacy.
- Proficient with heavy shop machinery, diagnostics, and hand/power tools.
- Unwavering commitment to industrial worksite safety protocols.
- Reliable personal transportation to guarantee consistent attendance.
