American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier, locally owned HVAC company in Vancouver, WA looking for an Outbound Appointment Setter to join their growing team.

Description for Appointment Setter:

• Relationship Building: Call existing residential customers to schedule seasonal HVAC maintenance.
• Authentic Engagement: Have real conversations with homeowners—no robotic scripts here!
• Expert Support: Answer basic homeowner questions with confidence, warmth, and a helpful attitude.
• Technical Accuracy: Utilize an auto-dialer and scheduling software to enter accurate notes and bookings.
• Growth Mindset: Follow structured call schedules and participate in professional coaching.

Details for Appointment Setter:

• Pay Rate: $19.00/hour + Commission
• Flexible Schedule: Part-time (3 days a week, Monday–Friday).
• Shift Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Schedule is flexible based on your availability!)

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years of proven Cold Calling or outbound experience.
• Communication: Must sound upbeat, friendly, and confident on the phone.
• Background: Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or high-level customer service.
