American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier pallet repair company in Algona, WA looking for a Pallet Repair Technician. If you are a motivated, physically fit individual who enjoys working with your hands and hitting production goals, this is the opportunity for you!
Description for Pallet Repair Technician:
- Repair and restore wooden pallets using nail guns and power tools.
- Sort, stack, inspect, and move pallets throughout the warehouse.
- Meet daily production quotas in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Read and interpret safety rules and operating procedures.
Details for Pallet Repair Technician:
- Pay: $19.00/hour during training | $0.54 per pallet (piece rate) once goals are met.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday.
- Shift Hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (end time varies based on productivity).
Requirements for Pallet Repair Technician:
- Ability to lift 50-75+ lbs frequently and perform constant standing, bending, and walking.
- Experience with hand tools, nail guns, and power saws preferred.
- Ability to meet daily production goals (254 pallets/day).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must wear required PPE (goggles, gloves, vest).
- Pallet repair experience preferred.
