Job Description

American Workforce Group has partnered with a local wood pellet manufacturer that uses recycled products. They are located in Shelton, WA and looking to add some great employees to their team!

Description for Production:
- Work in close proximity of machines that compress wood by-products generated from mill operations or like manufacturing processes
- Record bales weights and keep records of daily activity per company standards
- Requires ability to learn and preform standard setups, adjustments, routine maintenance and operating characteristics of all packaging equipment
Details for Production:
- $17/HR
- Monday- Friday
-3PM- 11:30PM
- Benefits after hire: Annual Bonus, Pellet Purchase program, 2 weeks PTO and 2 floating holidays, Full Benefits, medical, vision, dental, 401k plan w/100% match up to 5% of employee contributions w/ 100% immediate vesting
Requirements for Production:
- Lift 50-75 lbs
- Stand, stoop, bend, pull
- Some background restrictions may apply
- Ability to pass drug test
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
