Description for Production Planning Coordinator:

• Coordinate daily production runs, freight shipping schedules, and flatbed delivery timelines cleanly.
• Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, shop crews, and detailers regarding updates.
• Process highly accurate shipping manifests, freight invoices, and Bills of Lading (BOL).
• Maintain structured, audit-ready digital files, inventory records, and logistics logs.
• Manage multiple competing priorities smoothly inside a fast-paced manufacturing dispatch office.
• Troubleshoot delivery or scheduling conflicts quickly to maintain strict on-time benchmarks.

Details for Production Planning Coordinator:

• Pay Range: $17.55 – $30.01 / hour (DOE) + bonus/profit sharing opportunities.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift hours (overtime as needed based on branch needs).
• Location: Pierce County.
• Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire.

Requirements for Production Planning Coordinator:

• Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, logistics, industrial shipping, or dispatch preferred.
• Highly proficient navigating the Microsoft Office Suite to manage spreadsheets and tracking matrices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent history of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and a professional work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently under minimal supervision in a high-volume setting.
