Description for Community Canvasser:

• Public Outreach: Engage with community members face-to-face to share information, gather feedback, or promote local initiatives.
• Relationship Building: Act as the friendly face of the organization, building trust and rapport with a diverse range of people.
• Goal Tracking: Maintain accurate records of community interactions and meet daily outreach targets.
• Advocacy: Clearly communicate key messages and answer questions with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Details for Community Canvasser:

• Pay Rate: $18.00 – $22.00/hour (Plus performance-based incentives!)
• Schedule: Flexible shifts available (typically Monday – Friday).
• Environment: Outdoor/Field-based—perfect for those who hate being stuck at a desk.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in canvassing, door-to-door sales, or high-volume public interaction.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and a positive, "never-met-a-stranger" attitude.
• Physicality: Must be able to walk and stand for long periods in varying weather conditions.
• Reliability: Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently in the field.
