Are you a high-energy "people person" who knows their way around a shop? American Workforce Group has partnered with a local welding shop looking for a motivated Sales Office Associate. If you are ready to guide customers through the full production process—from the first spark of an estimate to the final delivery—we want to hear from you!
Description for Sales Office Associate:
- Primary point of contact for walk-in customers, phone calls, and emails.
- Guide customers through estimates, approvals, payments, and delivery.
- Provide project updates, timelines, and photos to clients.
- Utilize computer systems for sales, networking, and order processing.
Details for Sales Office Associate:
- Pay: $22.00 – $25.00+ / hour (DOE).
- Schedule: Monday – Friday.
- Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
- Status: Temp-to-Hire.
Requirements for Sales Office Associate:
- Prior mechanical knowledge or industrial experience.
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (QuickBooks & CRM preferred).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
