We are American Workforce Group and we have partnered with a local, large and growing company.
We are looking for a customer service expert to work in a landscape supply office.
Requirements Customer Service Expert:
-Able to promptly answer phones
-Communication skills
-Excellent math skills
-Create invoices and process returns
-Bilingual is highly preferred
-Use and understand business works accounting system
-Answer incoming customer calls regarding product, billing or service and redirect the call if necessary
-Maintaining a high level of professionalism with both walk-in and phone customers and upholding a positive rapport
-Become a product expert
-Process square footage orders for different shaped areas
-Answer creative questions from customers (color & pattern recommendations)
-Solve logistical difficulties such as delivery and billing
-Keep records of customer interactions, and maintain relationships
Details for Customer Service Expert:
-$20-30HR with additional profit sharing
-Mon- Fri
Benefits after hire:
-401K
-Medical benefits
-Full Time
