Description for Scheduling Coordinator:
-Managing daily schedule for site crews, leads, and internal staff
-Helping with other office tasks such as; filing, data entry, inventor, office communications.
-Must be willing to participate in community events out of the office. Such as networking events, community involvement, and pop up events.
Details for Scheduling Coordinator:
-$18+/HR
-Part time hours, 20hrs per week. Hours may fluctuate depending on events
-Day shift hours. Same or similar to 10am-3PM
Requirements for Scheduling Coordinator:
-Lift 50-75 lbs
-Stand, stoop, bend, pull
-Some background restrictions may apply
-Ability to pass drug test
-Be able to work in a fast paced environment
