Description for Screen Press Operator:
- Independently set up and operate semi-automatic graphic (non-textile) screen printing presses.
- Inspect printing quality continuously to verify registration alignment and color consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve active printing faults by making precise press mechanical adjustments.
- Work safely with specialty inks, processing chemicals, and advanced plastic-based substrates.
- Operate automated UV curing machinery to ensure correct ink adhesion and product durability.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary company data and follow all plant safety standards.
Details for Screen Press Operator:
- Pay Rate: $20-$25/hour + DOE
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday | Day Shift hours (with overtime potential).
- Environment: Year-round manufacturing work in a fast-paced production setting.
Requirements for Screen Press Operator:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
- Preferred: 2+ years of verifiable experience in graphic screen printing or specialized press operations.
- Preferred: Background using measuring/testing tools such as calipers, densitometers, or spectrophotometers.
- Basic computer proficiency, strong problem-solving skills, and English communication fluency.
- Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours (nights/weekends) based on manufacturing demand.
- Exceptional history of daily attendance, punctuality, and high attention to detail.
