American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier pellet manufacturing company in Shelton, WA in search of a Shift Foreman to join their team.

What you will do:
- Monitor all shift activities to ensure production goals and safety standards are met
- Administer personnel development and coaching for on-shift staff
- Maintain accurate production documentation and meticulous record keeping
- Relieve staff for breaks and absences to ensure continuous operation
- Perform process troubleshooting and other tasks as assigned
Details:
- Pay: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (Swing Shift)
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of professional leadership experience
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required
- Demonstrated ability in process troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
