American Workforce Group is seeking skilled laborers to join our candidate pool! Candidates may be eligible for a variety of position including construction, warehouse, manufacturing and overall general laborer positions! If you have already been into our office, please call or text us available! We are currently ramping up for the busy season just around the corner!
Positions range from Cowlitz, Clark and Lewis Counties!
If you are a motivated, qualified individual, we want you!
Description of Skilled Laborer:
- Measuring and classifying all raw materials in preparation for production
- Operating the production machinery as required, such as lifting equipment and forklift trucks
- Performing quality assurance and testing checks
- Maintaining an inventory of the goods and raw materials in the factory or warehouse
Details of Skilled Laborer:
-$16.66 - $22+/hour
-Standard shift is day shift 6am-4pm
-40 hours weekly
-Monday-Friday is the typical shift
Requirements and Qualifications of Skilled Laborer:
-Must be able to lift 50-75lbs
-Familiarity with hand and power tools
-Verifiable longevity in previous work history
Physical Requirements of Skilled Laborer:
-Lifting ability up to 75lbs
-Long term walking/standing
-Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
