American Workforce Group is currently seeking skilled laborers to expand our candidate pool. Eligible candidates may qualify for various positions, including those in construction, warehouse operations, manufacturing, and general labor. If you have previously visited our office, please contact us via phone or text to confirm your availability. We are actively preparing for the upcoming busy season.
Positions range from Cowlitz, Clark and Lewis Counties!

Description of Skilled Laborer:
- Measuring and classifying all raw materials in preparation for production
- Operating the production machinery as required, such as lifting equipment and forklift trucks
- Performing quality assurance and testing checks
- Maintaining an inventory of the goods and raw materials in the factory or warehouse
Details of Skilled Laborer:
-$16.66 - $22+/hour
-Standard shift is day shift 6am-4pm however could vary based on different needs.
-40 hours weekly
-Monday-Friday is the typical shift
Requirements and Qualifications of Skilled Laborer:
-Must be able to lift 50- 75 lbs
-Familiarity with hand and power tools
-Verifiable longevity in previous work history
Physical Requirements of Skilled Laborer:
-Lifting ability up to 75lbs
-Long term walking/standing
-Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
