Description of Field Technician:

• Perform physical labor supporting critical work on telecommunication towers
• Safely operate powered and hand-operated tools for installation and maintenance
• Assist in loading and unloading heavy equipment onto trailers for site transport

Details of Field Technician:

• Pay: $22.00 – $27.00/hour
• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Status: Full-time | Temp-to-Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction is preferred but not required
• Complete knowledge of the use and care of basic hand and power tools
• Familiarity with RF equipment installs (antennas, RRUs, coax/fiber jumpers, weatherproofing)
• General understanding of RF and Fiber testing procedures

Work Conditions of Field Technician:

• Frequent work in adverse weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and sit for long periods
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and communication towers
