In this active, high-service delivery role, you will operate modern commercial delivery vehicles on dedicated local routes across the Puget Sound region. You will transport fresh dairy products directly to regional retail hubs, distribution bays, schools, and commercial accounts. Starting early between 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM, you beat metropolitan traffic gridlock, get your routes done, and return home every single afternoon. Best of all, you will work a structured 4-day schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday), giving you every Wednesday AND your entire weekend completely OFF! Description for CDL A Delivery Driver:

• Safely operate commercial Class A delivery vehicles and tractor-trailers on established local and regional distribution routes.
• Perform scheduled pickups, transfers, and direct deliveries of dairy products and refrigerated goods to regional accounts, cross-docks, and customer bays.
• Manage hands-on freight handling: safely offload, hand-truck, stage, and position dairy crates and palletized products at delivery stops.
• Conduct thorough, compliant DOT pre-trip and post-trip mechanical and safety inspections on assigned equipment.
• Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) hours-of-service records, delivery manifests, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and customer receipts.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route timing, delivery exceptions, traffic delays, and customer access notes.
• Provide polite, professional customer service at all receiving docks and institutional facilities.
• Strictly adhere to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSA), Washington State DOT rules, and cold-chain food safety handling guidelines.

Details for CDL A Delivery Driver:

• Pay Rate: $27.00 / hour.
• Schedule: 4-Day Workweek — Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Built-In Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a built-in midweek recharge day with every Wednesday OFF + full Saturday & Sunday weekends OFF!
• Shift Hours: 10-hour shifts with early morning dispatch between 4:00 AM – 5:00 AM (beat Puget Sound rush hour and finish early!).

• Location: SeaTac, WA depot (servicing King, Pierce, and surrounding South Sound routes).

Requirements for CDL A Delivery Driver:

• Licensing: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A) and a current DOT Medical Card.
• Age & Driving Record: Must be 21 years of age or older with a clean or acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Active, hands-on role requiring the physical ability to consistently lift, push, pull, and unload dairy cases and hand trucks (up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift).
• Safety-conscious driving mindset with a strong commitment to equipment care and pre-trip inspections.
• Punctual morning habits, reliable daily attendance, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to pass standard pre-employment screening.
